Privacy Policy

Insemantic ("we", "us") operates insemantic.com. This policy describes what we collect, why, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect only what you send us through the brief form plus minimal analytics, we never sell personal information, and you can ask us to delete your data at any time.
What we collect
Project brief details. When you submit the brief on our contact page, we receive what you enter: name, email, optional WhatsApp number, optional links, project type, budget range, timeline and your project description. The form also records basic acquisition context — UTM parameters, the referring page, the page you landed on and a client-side timestamp — so we know how you found us.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 (loaded through Google Tag Manager) to understand aggregate site usage: pages viewed, approximate location at city level, device type, and events such as form submissions or outbound clicks. Analytics may set cookies or similar identifiers. We do not use advertising pixels and we do not run remarketing.
Server logs. Our hosting provider processes IP addresses and request metadata to serve the site securely and reliably.
How we use it
- To reply to your brief with a proposal — the reason you wrote to us.
- To keep a record of project correspondence and agreements.
- To understand, in aggregate, how visitors use the site.
- To protect the site from spam and abuse.
We do not sell or share personal information for advertising. Ever.
Who processes data for us
Form submissions are delivered by Web3Forms and stored in our email and a private Google Sheets workbook. Analytics are processed by Google (Google Analytics 4 via Google Tag Manager). The site is hosted on a global CDN (Cloudflare Pages or Netlify). Each provider processes data under its own terms as our service provider.
Retention
Brief submissions and project correspondence are kept while we work together and for as long as reasonably needed for records afterwards. Analytics data is retained on the shortest setting Google Analytics offers and is aggregate by nature.
Your rights (including California residents)
You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. California residents may exercise rights under the CCPA/CPRA — to know, to delete, to correct, and to non-discrimination for exercising them. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of.
To make any request, email hello@insemantic.com with the subject "Privacy request". We respond within 30 days.
Cookies
The site itself works without cookies. Google Analytics may set identifiers used for measurement only. Your browser's settings and extensions can block them without breaking anything on this site.
Children
The site addresses businesses and is not directed at children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version appears here with an updated date. Material changes affecting active clients are communicated by email.
